Contracting the agreement
By clicking the button [submit order] you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail directly after sending your order. The Purchase Agreement has now been contracted.
Information on cancellation of contract
Right of cancellation
You may revoke your order placement in written form (e.g. by letter, e-mail) inside two weeks without specifying any reasons for doing so or simply by returning the item if this has been sent to you before expiry of the afore-mentioned set period. This interval of time commences after you have received this information in text form, yet not before the recipient has taken receipt of the items (for recurring deliveries of identical goods, not prior to receipt of the first delivery instalment) and also not before we have complied with our obligation to supply information as defined in Section 312c (2) BGB [German Civil Code] in conjunction with Section 1 (1), (2) and (4) BGB-InfoV [Civil Code regulations governing the mandatory provision of information]. Compliance with said set period will be determined by the timely despatch of the declaration of cancellation or the return of the item. The declaration of cancellation will be sent to:

Outcome of cancellation
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both Parties will be returned and where applicable, any benefits derived (e.g. interest) will be surrendered. If you are unable to return the item you received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated state, you will supply appropriate compensation for lost value. For the surrender of items, this will not apply if the deterioration of the item is solely attributable to the inspection thereof - as would have been possible in a retail outlet. In all other respects, you may evade the mandatory compensation for deterioration generated by the use of the item as intended if you do not make use of the item as if it were your own property and refrain from anything that would impair its value.
This right of cancellation will NOT apply to any contract for the delivery of goods that have been produced by mybacknumber.com/2pointX GmbH subject to the specifications of the customer or which were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. This applies specifically to products that feature names as required by the customer. The customer is aware that when placing orders for such products with mybacknumber.com/2pointX GmbH the customer is required to provide concrete instructions for the production of the goods.
Items that can be despatched in parcel form will be returned at our risk. You will bear the costs of return if the delivered goods are as ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or, in the case of a higher price, at the time of making your cancellation, you have not yet satisfied your part of the contract or a rendered part payment as contractually agreed.
Otherwise the return of the item will be free of charge for you. Items that cannot be returned by parcel will be collected. Any obligations to refund payments will be fulfilled inside 30 (thirty) days. The set period of time will commence for you upon the despatch of your declaration of cancellation or the return of the item and for us, upon our receipt thereof.
End of information on cancellation
If you are a businessperson as defined in Section 14 Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB - German Civil Code) and if you are carrying out your commercial or own business activities when entering into the contract, there will be no right of cancellation.

Worldwide despatch
For despatch to a country outside Europe, it is theoretically possible for the respective customs authority to refuse to release the consignment and to approach the recipient for the release thereof. Please note that we are unable to guarantee the import options relating to any country. Likewise it is not possible for us to determine and/or refund customs duties or import levies. The definition and levy of fees is the responsibility of the respective customs authority.
In close cooperation with the backing sport organization, we make every effort to optimise despatch and, where possible, to despatch at low value (e.g. consignment of documents). This includes, for example, declaration of the consignment as low value and/or as sample.
Payment
We provide the following modalities of payment:

When paying by credit card, your account will be charged as soon as we have confirmed your order.
Delivery
Delivery will be carried out by the service providers UPS, DHL or Federal Express. Selection of the service provider to be used will depend on the required country of delivery. All articles will be produced for you upon order placement and then despatched. Delivery takes one month at maximum.
Order placement process
1. On the site www.mybacknumber.com you compile the back identification for your or another name. If you like the motif, you can then place it without obligation in the shopping basket by clicking the button [into shopping basket].
2. Without obligation you may view the content of the shopping basket at any time by clicking the button [show shopping basket].
3. You may remove the products at any time from the shopping basket by clicking the button [remove].
4. If you want to purchase the products in the shopping basket, simply click the button [continue to next step].
5. Please enter your personal data and the delivery address. The mandatory fields are marked with *.
6. Registration is necessary. Your data will be transmitted enciphered.
7. After entering your personal data and selecting your mode of payment, a click on the button [continue to next step] will bring you to the order page, where you can check your entries.
8. By clicking the button [submit your order] you place a binding order and complete the order placement process.
9. The process may be stopped at any time by closing the browser window. Every page provides you with further information, e.g. on how to correct your entries.
10. We save the contract text and will then send you the order data by e-mail.
Data protection
We only use the data provided by you to carry out and deal with your order. We only pass your data on to the despatch house appointed for your delivery where this is required for delivery (name, address, possibly the telephone number to coordinate delivery dates). mybacknumber.com will inform you in detail on the nature, scope, location and purpose of the collection, processing and use of the personal data required to carry out orders and to support you, as orderer, in its data protection declaration (use link). You, as orderer, explicitly agree to said collection, processing and use of your personal data. According to the Federal Data Protection Act, customers are entitled to information free of charge about their saved data and, where applicable, to have these corrected, blocked or deleted. Your data are not passed on to other third parties or used for advertising purposes. Upon the full completion of the order and payment of the purchase price, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted in line with the provisions governing taxation and commercial law.
