EXPRESS Order InfoDelivery time 3-4 working days (to a hotel or another business address in a large European city)The express service includes two service features: 1. Express production and 2. Express delivery We deal with your order individually and care for a smooth and fast production. For this express treatment we charge an extra fee of 100% of the merchandise value. This amount will be added to the shipping cost. The standard production process requires that an order proceeds through several production steps. This ensures that the products are manufactured with consistent quality. An express order does not qualify for this standard production process and is dealt individually. Example  The express production and the express delivery will be merged and shown as shipping cost, both in the shopping basket and on the invoice. Information regarding production times and delivery times: When must be ordered?  A designated delivery on Friday means express order by latest Monday 6 p.m (CET) Based on the day your order is received (basis is CET 6 p.m.), we deliver within 3-4 business days to a hotel or another business address in a large European city. We also deliver to private addresses that ensure that always someone will be present to receive the shipment. We do notguarantee delivery within 3-4 business days because we expedite the shipment using external parcel services for which we cannot issue a guarantee. However, our partners have a very strong performance record, so it is very likely that you will receive your shipment within 3-4 days of placing your order. Please keep in mind the following instructions: - Specify a business address as delivery address in order to ensure that someone will be present to receive the shipment personally. - Inform somebody at the delivery address about your order. - It is possible that shipments may be delivered within 2-3 days. - We do not guarantee punctual delivery. In the event of a late delivery, we do not provide a refund of expenses. |
